The highly anticipated Citadel will be added to Prime Video’s offer on April 28, 2023. The upcoming spy-thriller will star Richard Madden (Game of Thrones, Bodyguard) and Priyanka Chopra Jonas (The Matrix Resurrections) as elite agents Mason Kane and Nadia Sinh.
Citadel tells the story of two agents who have their memorie whiped after their agency, Citadel, is destroyed by a powerful syndicate called Manticore. In order to stop Manticore from building a new world order, Bernard Orlick (played by Stanley Tucci) reaches out to his former Citadel colleague Mason Kane. Mason, still unaware of his past as a secret agent, contacts his former parter Nadia and they team up once again.
With a budget of over 250 million dollars, we can rest assured that this will be a spectacular ride. The trailer certainly doesn’t shy away from showing us what it’s got in store:
